Position Summary:
The Senior Account Executive will manage many projects across several accounts that will meet strategic and business requirements for clients. This person will also act as the business liaison between Azul 7 and the client by communicating client needs clearly to the internal team and will provide outstanding client service by anticipating opportunities as well as issues, and responding proactively to ensure effective resolution.

The focus will be on flawless management of the client’s strategy, planning, senior level relationships and account growth. Senior Account Executives add value through proactive and strategic thinking, effectively acting as a consultant. This role requires excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. The position reports to the Account Director.

Essential Functions:
1. Grow work with existing client base.
2. Act as the primary internal contact for execution on all assigned client projects.
3. Serve as primary point person for client contact on a day-to-day basis.
4. Initiate and prepare project proposals and estimates to present to the client.
5. Initiate new project requests and action requests to communicate client information to the team.

Education and Minimum Qualifications:
1. Five or more years related work experience in marketing, marketing communications or related field.
2. Management or mentoring experience.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Strong verbal and listening skills.
5. Strong writing skills.
6. Ability to think strategically to solve business problems.
7. Ability to interface with senior level clients.
8. Ability to quickly understand individual clients’ business.
9. Willingness to travel.
10. Four-year degree. Emphasis on communications, marketing or related field preferred.
