Got Skills?
• Full understanding of Photoshop & Illustrator (experience with After Effects, InDesign, Flash a plus)
• Idea generation and brainstorming skills
• Possess a strong knowledge of usability standards
• Keen eye for layout, typography and color theory

Credentials?
• 2+ years of design experience in an interactive/digital agency or team-based environment

Other distinguishing attributes?
• Curiosity, charm and plays nicely with others
• Ability to articulate design ideas to clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines
• Passion for the latest web technologies
• Experience working/concepting in motion
